Blurb from Bartolini says: "deep, smooth tone with lots of lows and low mids." These pickups have been installed in my Fender PJ (Aerodyne), used for one practice then taken out. So, they are practically new. Price dropped to £75 posted. Bargain!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for looking! Not sure how it compares with the original P pickup as I didn't really pay much attention to it. But my vague memory says the Bart sounds a bit cleaner and probably a bit scooped as well, i.e. a bit deeper and brighter. All depends on the pickup that you've got now though really!
