Purely recreational, I have an Ibanez GSR200 figured was a good starting point. Any one knows how to make a good metal sound with bass, with regards to pedals etc I'm all ears! New myself here.......Although they are meant to be 4 guitars my mate still uses an Ibabez tube screamer.....they are quite pricey these days second hand but they do still reek havoc sound wise.....but hey....i bet there are some peeps on here who know wots gan on with metal sounds....FX units and tings like that!
