megallica Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 (edited) I have one to many basses and unfortunately one has to go, I've owned this for a year and in that time I've managed to get some great Precison like tones out of this bass. It's a Japanese build from 1983 which is respected for good reason and the reviews I read on harmony central were what convinced me to buy this. There are quite a few scratches and dings on the edges and back of the bass which are hard to photograph. There were two small points on the front of the bass where I had to touch up the paint as there were scratches through the finish to the wood, you can see these in the last picture. I've upgraded the machine heads with heavy duty clover leaf style tuners, the original tuners were ok but a bit worn and didn't hold tunings so well.
