I've been a guitarist for 18 yrs or so and have played "Studio/Jamming Bass" for a lot of those years . Last year I bought meself one of the Squier VMJ basses and very nice it is too . I've recently been approached to audition for a Power Pop/Britpop type band as Bassist (think Squeeze/Blur/McCartney Basslines) and if that goes well I'll have to invest in a new bass and giggable amp or head and cab I also have an Aria electro Acoustic Bass and a Hohner BBass 5 string that I've used over the years for various bits and bobs in the home studio. Anyhoo that's enough about me for the time being , looking forward to joining in and (hopefully) getting some good advice and support !
