Markbass LM II case lid needed!

I'm in need of a lid for my Markbass amp.
I have the CMD121H combo, but I have an occasional need to use the head on its own.
If you have a Markbass combo and have ever removed the amp section, you will know that there is only a partial cover on top, doubtless as a production economy.

For a gig this weekend, I cobbled together something out of card and gaffer tape, but plainly that's not a good solution. So if anyone has a spare lid (I'm thinking this would be something of a miracle) or would be prepared to make me an accurate template, I would be eternally grateful!

Call Proel, the distributors, I am sure they'll have a few knocking about since they often fit new amps to people's combo's (I know cause they swapped mine for a LM Tube)

here are their details:

Been there done that :)
What I did was to contact This seller on ebay and got a sheet of mild steel measuring 276mm x 208mm x 1.5mm, drilled the holes and sprayed it matt black, job done, cost about ten or eleven quid in total. It was laser cut and a perfect fit, but I would advise you to check the measurements on your own amp first, as I've quoted from my ebay history, which should be ok but you never know! (There are afew places on ebay that will cut to measure, just do a search for 1.5mm mild steel sheet.) You could also get it made in Black Acrylic Perspex Plastic Sheet, but I'm not sure how rigid it would be at 1.5mm but might be worth a punt for under five quid. I got some 3mm sheet cut (for a different project) and it was dead solid. Try These guys.
I found it difficult to get screws for it, though, but I still have a few left if you need 'em, assuming I can find them :)

Hope this helps. let me know how you get on!
