I've never had any problems with it, its awesome for small gigs and practice room type scenarios. It comes boxed with: Instructions Metal case Soft bag with strap Power lead Usb Lead Rack Kit With Ears Its the 500w version not the 1000w, but its 500 combined, you can only have 250 per channel, theres no damage to it other than the odd small scratch from transport and such but its never been properly toured or gigged.
