I had to pay next to nothing for an SX precision delivered from Rondo whereas others have been stung for 40 sheets (this is a cheap bass we're talking about). As for the Rockbasses, look ace although if I was a Warwick owner I would NOT be chuffed that the new rockbass headstock looks so similar. lemmywinks Posted February 7, 2011 Author Share Posted February 7, 2011 Well there won't be any more cheap German Warwicks now that the Corvette is being made in Korea, so German Warwicks will still be a premium (ie £1000+) bass. Making cheap basses that look the part certainly didn't do any harm to Fender! I'm a Warwick owner and i love these new Rockbasses, the things i didn't like about the old ones have been sorted and they look like absolute steals at those prices.
