A little confused about the wires coming out of the p-ups... The EMG instructions refer to a white wire and an unspecified (but coloured black in the diagram) ground wire. My wires are white and a bare wire with an orangey sheath. (Pics below). Should I assume that my white is the white refered to in the diagram and that the bare wire is the ground? Cheers! Ta..![/quote] There's nothing to it really, if you are installing passive pups with 2 wires only then you can't really go wrong. If you've fitted a pair (or more) and they don't quite sound right (weak) try flipping both wires on one - they've probably just landed up out of phase.
