I finally giot round to trying my ernie earplugs feedback regenerator pedal today hooked up to a dirt box and it was such a fun experience It will add something to your dirt sound - if its actually what you're after is another question but for a relatively inexpensive box you get your normal drive sound plus your f**ked up sound which adds a dimension to your filth. I'd recommend those who are after a synth type tone to their dirt to check them out if you get a chance to. I'll try and post a link to the video I made (once I upload it to you tube).
