I got this delivered on friday from dolphin music and its too small for what I need to do. Fits on your desktop great though and comes with some tuition software. Dolphinmusic wont let me return it as it isnt damaged or anything. I paid £43 for it but ill let it go again for £30 posted. Keyboard is as new with box and software included.

Yes, absolutely Dolphin are required to accept the return of this to them with a full refund (item and delivery charge) under the DSR regulations.

Their T&Cs even reference the Distance Selling Regulations http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/faq/list/category_id/2

You are under a duty of care for the item while it is in your possession and in transit to them. You need to take care to return it to them in original packaging in as close to new condition as possible, although they can't penalise you if, for instance, the product was supplied in sealed packaging and opening it makes re-use impossible.
