1.
Hi,

Interested in straight trade for a Warwick Hellborg preamp? Apart from the most minor of wear from where it's been mounted and removed a few times, it's in otherwise perfect condition and I'm simply looking to downsize my rig from pre/power to a compact head.

    Kind regards,

    Kevin

EDIT - Sorry, I understand this is probably far from what you're looking for...
I'm sorry, but no matter how much i like the sound of those Hellborg amps (they sound really impressive!) i'm looking for lightweight gear only.
good luck with the sale! :)

  2.
Are you sure?

I think he is selling the CLASSIC450, the one you are looking for....
ow, you're right! (sorry, it turns out that i'm the one who didn't read the topic right... :) )
    sorry for the mistake. :)

but on the other hand he says clearly that he isn't intrested in trades as he has already bought an Ampeg head instead,
so there will be no deal for me there i'm afraid...

    thanks anyway!

  3.
I am not related to any of these adds....
Well I thought you might be interested ... but I guess I stepped on your toes.
    Sorry for that :)
No worries, i'm not offended at all,
but i guess you must have misred the ad, because he is selling an RH450 and i'm trying tot trade my RH450 for a classic 450 + cash,
so we are actually trying to get rid of the same amp, that's why i didn't see the point of your post...

    kind regards,
    Don.

  4.
How much cash would we be talking about if swapping a Classic 450?
I'm not really sure,as that also depends on the state/age of the amp,
but make me an offer and i'm sure we will be able to work something out. :)

    regards,
    Don.

*EDIT: Iwas thinking about +-120GBP extra in case of a trade with a classic 450 in good condition.

  5.
Yeah this is our old one.. :)

I think its a Bart preamp in there...
Nope, it's definately an Aguilar OBP-3 pre-amp, i can post picture's of the pre-amp later on.

  6. Hi.
i'm looking to trade my mint condition TC Electronic RH450 amp.

The amp was bought new 24/11/2010 and has never left the house since so it is still in immaculate condition.

I absolutely love the sound of this amp,
but i noticed that since i bought it i've never used any of the options it has over the classic 450 like the tuner,
the more in depth EQ options, the 3 programable channels, and so fort.

Therefore i think this amp might find a better home with someone who does use all these handy options and that way i can downgrade to a more basic model with about the same sound and weight but less extra's like the TC Electronic classic 450 , Ampeg SVT-7 pro or Markbass Rocker (or something like that) and earn a few extra pounds in the process.

I bought this as a package deal together with a TC Electronic gig bag for the amp and the rebelcontrol (rebelcontrol is already sold here on Basschat),
also bought an RS210 not so long ago (haven't used it yet) but i'd like to hold on to the cab at the moment as i will probably need it for my new amp once we've moved in into our new appartement.

I prefer not to sell at the moment, but as mentioned i'm open to trades with a TC classic 450 ot other leightweight amp (+ cash my way)

*EDIT: Iwas thinking about +-100GBP extra in case of a trade with a classic 450 in good condition.

if you have any more questions or want some more detailed picture's feel free to ask! :)

    kind regards,
    D.

Now also for sale for 580GBP incl. TC Electronic carry bag, papers , cables & goodies

also intrested in trade with classic 450 + RS112 (with cash your way)
or classic 450 + RS 210 (with cash your way)
or classic 450 + cheap Warwick bass (with cash your way)

  7. NOW SOLD PENDING THE USUAL!

    Hi,
i'm considering to sell or trade my recently aquired Modulus Flea-bass 4 string.

It's not the standard model as it has some options as the Bartolini Jazz p.u.'s and Aguilar OBP-3 pre-amp

A new one with these options will set you back around 2300GBP,
    link to store: http://www.smart-distribution.co.uk/bassan...kunlimited.html

I'm looking for a trade with a nice high end Warwick as i've been waiting a long time to discover "that sound of wood" a lot of my friends are so psyched about
(preferably an older Warwick with wenge neck and black or chrome hardware)

    OR

a trade with a cheaper 4 string bass (Jazz/precision/warwick/spector) + cash so i can ad two different flavored basses to my set-up.

I'm intrested in 4 strings: Warwick, Spector , jazz basses ,Jazz/Musicman bass with Modulus neck, high end Ibanez ,...
i might also be intrested in a trade + cash with a spare TC Electronic RS212 or RS210 cab and various FX-pedals. (+ cash either way)

As to the state of the bass:

The bass was made in december 2006, comes with original sturdy Modulus case , manual and warranty card and is in near mint condition.
I must say there's a very small dent in the headstock (see picture) ,but that's hardly noticable and that's really the only flaw you will find on this beauty!

The bass works on 2 9volt batteries (1 for the Bartolini p.u.'s and 1 for the Aguilar OBP-3) and comes equiped with brand new Dunlop strap locks.

I'm VERY sad to see this go, but for the right trade i might consider letting this go to a new home.

Action is SUPERLOW with no fretbuzz, an it has the the fastest and best neck i've ever played!!

EDIT: i value this around 1090GBP, it's worth a lot more (especially to me) but that's about the price i would want for it in case of a sale.

    kind regards,
    Don.

BackTrack is an easy-to-use portable digital recorder that provides total inspiration control for musicians.

Typical flash, MP3 and cassette recorders can be complicated, expensive and unreliable when put to the test. They offer low-quality sound and no intuitive way to keep recordings organized. Designed for guitarists by guitarists, BackTrack solves each one of these historic problems.

BackTrack boasts pro-grade features including a super-quiet 1/4-inch input, a 1/4-inch output for immediate playback, a "Mark" button to organize your best ideas on-the-fly, a "Play" button for instant replay, better-than-CD-quality audio, a rugged flash memory, lightning-fast USB 2.0 for importing audio to your DAW while the internal battery recharges... traditional recording devices wish they could be BackTrack.

Best of all, BackTrack is incredibly easy to use. It's always on, and always listening, so there's no need for a Record button. When inspiration strikes - at rehearsal, in the car, anytime at all - BackTrack is armed and ready. What good is a recording device if it's not ready when you are?

    review from zzsounds:

"If it ain't magic, then I don't know what it is!!!" Feature:
That Mark button is great. It allows you to mark your brightest ideas and makes it easier to find them later.

    Quality:
It's made for good! Looks and feels solid, doesn't feel like it's going to break if you breathe on it.

    Value:
It's worth much and much more than it costs.

    Desirability:
Oh yeah, it's appealing. I was going to buy new practice amp, after 3 months of deciding which one I want to buy I finally made my mind. Went to the local store with $100 in my pocket. And then I saw this little thing just sitting on the shelve, fell in love with it and bought it instead of new amp. So now I'm stuck with my crappy amp, but I don't regret buying this recorder.

    Sound:
Sound quality is great, it doesn't add digital feel to the sound as some digital recorders do. I usually play in my headphones, so I put this devise after the amp and plug headphones directly into it. That way it captures not only the sound of my pedal, but also the sound of the amp.

    Ease of Use:
If you ever owned a CD player or an iPod and you know what the Play and Rewind buttons mean than you'll be fine.

    Support:
    N/A

    Overall:
It's a very handy little thing. As a beginner I find this recorder very helpful, cause I can record up to 12 hours of my playing and than analyze it and work on whatever is wrong. I also try to come up with my own riffs and licks and this device is always captures my best and worst ideas.

    Style of Music: Thrash/Speed Metal
