1. Hey everyone, after a bit of soul searching, I'm after a trade for my lovely stingray, after battling with myself last time to keep it.

The bass was born on 22nd Dec 1999, it's got a 2 band EQ, mirror scratch plate and had a new authentic maple neck with rosewood fretboard about 3 years ago. The last owner put a status graphite neck on it that I loved the look of, but didnt get on with too well, so had it swapped over and set up by Tim Stark of Mansons guitar shop in Exeter. It has Ernie Ball Slinky strings on it at the mo, which were new at christmas. It also has a hardcase.

It's been gigged so has a few dints and knocks and minor scratches, but nothing major. It plays and sounds brilliant.

    Thanks for lookin'!

  2. Bought an XXL pedal from Pablo, even though he was on holiday he still managed to get someone to post it! It arrived the day after we sealed the deal.

Top service from a top bloke! The Pedal sounds like pure doom!

  3. Hey everyone,

Me and the boys in the band very recently recorded an EP.

Would love it if you gave it a listen!

    The rig I used was...

My Fenderbird (Epi body, Dr parts neck and Kent Armstrong Musicman pickups)
    Marshall DBS7400
    1x15 cab with Eminence Kilomax
4x10 cab with 2x Eminence Kappa Pros and 2 Gammas
Big Muff and Turbo Rat pedals used.

    Cheers!!

  4. Rich,

Thanks for an excellent and enjoyable transaction. The communication was flawless.

The item in question was a Dr Parts neck which was in very good condition and packaged well.

    Many thanks, Chris

  5. Hello fellow bass players.

I'm trying to fund a neck and other small bits for my Fenderbird project, so my trusty old Warwick Rockbass has to go up for sale!

I bought this bass when they first released the Rockbass series. It sounds nice and punchy and has always stepped up to the challange when i've needed to gig it.

The bass itself is an active 4 string and has a fairly decent set of Rotosounds on (I think).

The neck is straight and true and has the usual amount of dings and scratches an 8 year old bass usually has. The few that I have found don't come up in the pictures, but there are a few near the jack socket and strap lock. It polishes up nicely and is in pretty decent shape.

I took the little Warwick scratchplate (on the headstock) off a few years ago and it's gone missing.

I would accept £150 plus £20 for shipping if needed. SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!

    Regards, Chris

  6.
Hi Chris,

I thought I'd go for a trade in the first place.

Unfortunately I don't know what the cab is worth in £'s. I did see someone suggest putting a high-ish ballpark figure and ask for ONO, so might do that.

I can't ask for offers as per forum rules (am happy with that).

Also, need another cab to replace.

I know.......... that doesn't help answer your question does it?

Let me have a think and do some research on price.

    No problemo....

I know how it is when you want something in its place. The only thing I have to offer is Hartke 4x10 cab that is on ebay at the mo. Cant see that you would be after something like that though!

    Cheers, Chris
