1. Listing this for my son as he has enough bloody basses!!

As it says, Tanglewood 6 stringer, nice action, decent-ish sound.

Bit of a crackly pot..(can't remember which one at the mo' as i am listing this whilst at work).

The usual few dinks here and there....

Great introduction to sixers without paying mega quids... :)

Or welcome to collect from Staffordshire area....

Oh, and the head isn't really that big, it's the way the pic came out.

  4. Reply from Ashdown....

"The amp will give you it's full power when loaded into 4 Ohms... The two sockets are joined together internally,
so you can for instance connect TWO 8 Ohm cabs to give you the minimum 4 Ohms impedance for full power"..

So there we go, question answered! :)

  5.
99% sure the outputs are parallel, so will be 4ohm total. Means you can't use both cabs together unfortunately.
It's certainly looks that way!

I've just had a glance at their manual archive, it's about as informative as the dead sea scroll's! :)

I'm pretty sure the outputs are parallel....

I've mailed them just to clarify, i would hate to stuff it up!

  6. Firstly forgive my ignorance on this matter, but i have the age old Ohms question!

I am currently running an Ashdown ABM 810 4 ohm cab, driven by an Ashdown 600w MAG amp. (with 2 x 4 0hm outputs).

I am pondering on running an Ashdown ABM115 at 8 0hms, (300W continuous, 600W programme).

Would there be a significant change/clash in sound when running these two cabs together, would there be any damage caused to frequencies, signal, or speaker???!!!

    Thanks in advance...

  7. Spector Euro 4LX.

A bit battle scarred, but nothing too onerous.....

Original owner decided to move the strap nipple to centre line of body, (shown in pic). I am currently filling and lacquering this as we speak

A couple of little dings on the back, and a few little scuff marks around the outer edge.(these should polish out with a good renovator polish). (again shown in pics).

Slim neck, not to dissimilar from a Jazz, any try out welcome, I live in the Staffordshire area, if anyone is close enough.

Great tone, great action..great workhorse, (does exactly what it says on the tin!!).

    Comes with Hiscox hardcase.

    Spector bumph....
