Thanks for the interest in Music Man! We have done some small runs for distributors including Strings & Things UK.

    Hi,
Can you tell me if Ernie Ball Musicman made a Stingray with through body stringing and CONTOURED. It’s a recent model.
    Reply appreciated please.

  2. I understand what you mean now. Being a Precision player I’m not too much up on Stingrays, thought I’d give one a go before packing it in. I advertised this for what I paid for it. There’s no modifications to woodwork etc, it’s perfect. It must be a Stingray 4 or whatever you call it. Sorry if I mislead with ignorance, there was/is no pulling the wool over eyes on this site!, Im not like that anyway. I’ll knock £100 off now to £1225

  3. My last fling.

Absolutely excellent and beautiful condition, balanced warm tone. Weight 4.3kg. I’ve left the mirror scratchplate on, simple to put the original back.

Link to full info, so no bull.

  4. Well, all change again. The Bergs did need a lot of power and after going through the class d heads and losing money with the so called power above 500W needed, I concluded this crap is not for me. Having tried many neo speakers and been disappointed with them, I thought I’d buy a Barefaced compact cab after reading the great reviews and plenty of push from the designer (why not?). It’s true, the drummer will tell you to turn down because he can hear you BUT I found the sound , loud clear, and irritating with no balls.

Hence back full circle after 3 years of trials, a Trace Elliot style set up, 1x15 cab and 2x10 cab. A stage further, recently I bought Ashdown compacts since the handles are in the horizontal plain and easier to slide onto the back seat as opposed to the Trace handles. I can put up with the Blues but may change for Celestions when they come up.
