Finally getting around to selling my Ampeg SVT810HP. I bought it from ebay many years ago ("The Reserved" stencil is from the previous owner). I was told at the time that Jarvis Cocker had played through it - take from that what you will Since purchasing I've replaced 3 (maybe 4?) of the drivers (ordered from Ampeg in the US - took about 12 weeks to arrive if I remember correctly!) as they'd blown. It has been well gigged, and served as my studio's main bass cab for many years. I absolutely love this cab, but I just haven't played music for 10+ years, and it's taking up a lot of room I'll probably regret selling it when I get that itch again... but here we are! £550 O.N.O. Pick up from Blackpool, UK only - would not trust this heft with a courier!

If you're looking at this, I presume you know what it is. 1200W cab, very light, sounds lovely. I have 3 Schroeder cabs (this one and 2 x 1212Ls) and after plenty of faffing I've decided on the 1212Ls in stereo, so I no longer have any need for the 410L. I bought it new direct from SHX Music. It has the Rhino covering, has has some superficial scratches (though there is a noticeable one across the grille), but works perfectly. It's about a year old (at most) and has been gigged once or twice with my Ampeg SVT-4 Pro head. £550 http://www.schroedercabinets.com/410.htm I'm based in Blackpool, would prefer pick up, but I can deliver for the cost of my diesel if needs be (about 25p a mile - anywhere in the NW really - I may not be able to deliver further afield!). I've never sent anything via courier before, so I'm not sure how much that would cost.
hmmm how much do u think postage would be on this? would collect but have no transport at all. also i know u wont want this but fancy a svt-3 pro made in america as a trade? cheers
Nope, the SVT-3 isn't powerful enough for me unfortunately. I'm just looking to trade this now - unless someone wants to offer me a lot more money
Right, really really not getting on with 6 strings. Will consider all & any trades aslong as its 4 or 5 string.
My offer's still there It IS a MIM, I have some pics, but they're terrible quality And they're from when I initially bought it too. If you want to see some, I'll make a special effort to go to the studio.

So yeah, after a bit of research I would be happy to accept any of the following for trade: EDEN WT1205 GK 2001RB MarkBass SD1200 Basically I have two / three Schroeder cabs I intend to keep going - I need over 1000W bridged, ideally 1000W per side, though I'm fairly sure that's not going to happen!

Hey yo, I fancy a change of head - had this baby for the past 5+ years and it's served me well. Fully serviced, PAT tested, tubes replaced regularly and gigged often! It's been used as a gig and studio rig - it's awesome head, very loud and plenty of different cab configurations / tone options. I've had it wired up to a multitude of cabinet types and it's sounded sweet as hell on every one. I couldn't really ask for anything better, but tbh, I just fancy a change. My metal band will soon be going on permanent hiatus due to our drummer making moves for another town, so I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps about the whole music thing and hoping some new toys to play with will perk me up Technical specs: RMS Power Output: 300-Watts x 2/900 (mono-bridged @ 8 Ohms) RMS Power Output: 490-Watts x 2/1200 (mono-bridged @ 4 Ohms) RMS Power Output (2 Ohms): 600-Watts x 2 Preamp: Tubes (3 x 12AX7) Power Amp: Solid State Tone Controls: 3-Band Mid Tone Control: 5-Position Graphic EQ: Yes, 9-Band Ultra Low/High Boosts: Yes Balanced Line Out: Yes x 2 Pre/Post with Level Effects Loop: Yes x 2 Preamp Out/Power Amp In: Yes x 2 Dimensions (W x H x D inches): 19 x 5.6 x 15.5 Weight: 39.5 Pounds Product Page: http://www.ampeg.com/products/pro/svt4pro/ Manual : http://www.ampeg.com/pdf/SVT4PRO.pdf It obviously has a bit of rack rash, but otherwise it's in very good condition for its age and usage - all knobs and switches work fine without any kind of noise or interference. I'm at work so I have no picture right now, but I have plenty at home and will post later on. Looking for either £600 or a swap with a Gallien-Krueger 2001RB or a high-powered Mark Bass, though I would prefer the Gallien-Krueger.
