    My teeny, ultra lightweight, Fender rumble 100 V3, managed a loud(ish) blues gig in a crowded bar last night. I was very impressed. It was up against drums, keys and a guitarist going through a 50w Sound City head. I was told, by another bassist in the audience, that it had a nice deep low end as well (and the volume wasn't even maxed out).

      That is really good to know.

      I recently bought one minus its blown speaker...so I'm currently looking for an Eminence S2102 replacement. I'll then chain it to my practise Rumble 40..reckon the pair should be plenty noisy enough for my needs.

      I recently bought a Rumble 100 V3 for home practice, and I am often sitting there playing, with the volume knob turned almost to zero, wondering if it could stand up against our guitar, drums and keys in the blues band. You have given me a ray of hope and I think I will give it a go!
