1. I used to own a Yuka (singlecut version) by Grossman for a few months, i have to say this bass was everything u can expect from a well built instrument, light, well balanced, really "singing" and versatile... Neck on mine was more "P" shaped than i usually like but it was definitely a NICE 5 string...

Good luck with sale

ps : how is the fretboard? (mine was radiused on top and getting flatter near the body, but it might have been a special feature...)

2. Would this pickup be closer to the bridge and this bass would be mine (i even have a real nice Jap Jazz that i barely use due to the "poor" 4 string)

Anyway what's the spacing again? Do you happen to have any soundclips? (maybe it sounds a bit "bridgy" ^^)

Cheers anyway, looks tremendous...

3. I have tried it but my fingers and wrist don't like it... Do you guys mix flat boards and radiused ones or is it some kind of dedicated thing? (i personnaly thought this was good for tapping basically)

As I said, good luck for the sale, those basses look stunning for the price ^^
Cheers

4. This used to be mine, and i loved it... Did u change anything at all or is it still like it was?

This is a lightweight bass, very good sounding (u can see/hear it here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWwp-QDubdc

Good luck with sale :)

5. This used to be mine...

Has had neck repair so that's why i sold it for less... fretboard is rosewood, mics are MEC's, i believe preamp is a Noguera 2 band and body is one piece birdseye mapple with a 5 piece neck through... neck is REALLY thin
This is a MASSIVE sounding fretless...

Did u change the electronics or is it still the same?

:)

6. This is gorgeous...
How does it sound at this point?

Pliz put a pickup near the bridge, sometimes people just go for the "neck" one, and lots of us can't bear it... (argh, i'm guessing this is just what u did and i've seen this bass in the "for sale" section haven't I?)
Beautiful fretboard, beautiful bass...
Cheers
Flo
