Those were called "Monarch New Standard" and should sport the same Pope 2 band pre as the older NYC.
Also share the 3 piece neck, angled headstock and "wave" thing where the bolts are. All features that are now reserved for the Custom line.
I guess they're pretty scarce in number I'd say one or 2 batches of 50 or 100 at most.
