I tried one out in a random music shop in Liverpool recently. I chant remember what brand but I totally loved it. I would’ve bought it if I hadn’t just bought a bass that day. 

Anyway I’m doing some research now and I’m looking for suggestions in the £200 or less bracket. 

Just saw a lovely CS Fender P for sale on here and it’s relic’d. They cost a lot. So would you be annoyed if you chipped, scratched etc that bass considering A. It’s essentially pre damaged and B. It costs a lot. 

This is such a sweet guitar. I’m only selling because I need the space. Some with a gigbag. 

Pickups have me upgraded to EMG 81/85 set.

I’ve got no real way of measuring the weight. It’s definitely lighter than the Ampeg equivilant. I can easily lift it. So maybe 30kg.

This strap was gifted to me but it’s too short for myself and it’s been unused for too long. It’s wasted on me tbh. It’s hardly been used. It’s not been gigged either. The craftsmanship is top notch.

I think I’m going to go down the Strymon Modius route because of all the other effects it has that I love. In a way it’ll be more compact. 

I’m after something that’ll give me that hard chopping. Must have tap tempo as well. 

Finally got my board close to what I want. I would really like three more pedals (delay, chorus and a tremolo). The little black box is a switch I made for my super bassman

It is genuinely awesome. It sounds better imo than the Ampeg CL I had for a short while. Plus there’s the overdrive on it. So now my DG Alpha Omega is kept for proper hi gain parts.

It’s close but not close enough. The cab has Hiwatt style grill. I’ve already spoke to Zilla about redoing the cab grill to match and I’ll probably get chrome corners.
