1.
Rosewood or maple neck?
Rosewood
2. For sale is my Lakland Bob Glaub P bass. It's a natural finish with a black pickguard, weighs about 9lbs, made in 2006, has a jazz profile neck (so it's nice and fast). Any more questions just ask!
3. -Japanese boss OC-2 SOLD
4. Just bought a Team awesome fuzz machine from Scott. Great comms, fair price, arrived quickly and he even threw in a couple of patch cables!! Top guy, buy/sell/trade with confidence.
5. Just bought a 3leaf wonderlove from Col. Friendly chap, great comms, swift delivery, what more could you want!?
6. Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah Ben I get what you're saying, synth doubling does seem to be quite popular! I'm keen to get some gigs where I can actually use it! haha
7. Hi all, I've been trying to get to grips with my roland gaia synth and keyboard bass playing in general so I thought I would post a little video of where I'm at! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lNh9dBPYlw&feature=youtu.be Alex
8. I found the 'low boost' button on the Gaia, does a nice job of adding a bit of punch to the sound! Anyway here's a video of a sound that I'm pretty pleased with: http://youtu.be/6lNh9dBPYlw
9. Interested in an Iron ether oxide or xerograph deluxe if anyone wants to trade!
10.
I am interested, can I come and try it, where abouts in Birnmingham are you?
PM'd
11. Excellent, thanks very much guys, started working through those videos, they'll be very useful I'm sure. Great point about using more than one oscillator, think I'll get a sound that I'm happy with using just one first and maybe add a sub 'felt rather than heard' type sound if needed. Hopefully I'll get chance to post a video soon to let you know how I've got on. Thanks again
12.
If you're ever in Manchester with it & I'm free, I'm more than happy to help. Used to have a Gaia too so know my way around it.
Thanks man, that's very kind of you I'll be sure to give you a shout when I'm next in Manchester!
13. Hi all, So I picked up a Roland Gaia synth recently to play some bass synth parts. I'm struggling to find much in the way of tutorials or help in creating specifically bass sounds for someone who's new to this. If anyone can point me towards some it would be much appreciated :-). Or if anyone who's particularly handy with creating synth sounds wants to give me a crash course lesson in person that would be even better!
14. If this helps the string length (from the ball end to the start of the winding) is 135cm.
15. Never mind, managed to find what I was after, please remove!
16. Gig went well thanks! Glad you're enjoying it :-)
17. This is very similar to my bass, whoever buys this will not be disappointed! Good price too..
