ok, I can listen to that and I'm a fan of Painkiller:
So I guess if it sounds like the sax is being tortured then I do actually like it. But Stetson manages to make it listenable without the torture side.

Now, for me, the saxophone is the worst sounding instrument that exists. But Colin Stetson not only makes it sound bearable, he makes it sound amazing.

There fixed it for you, your welcome
They have their issues too. I emailed them that I was interested in a bass and got a part-ex value agreed for one of my basses. As soon as I got the part ex offer I emailed to say I'd be up a few days later and to see if they would be around that day. I didn't hear back for a couple of days and then that was to tell me they'd sold the bass the previous day.

Great news you're feeling good Phil!
I'm really interested in this cab. My 14 year old daughter started playing bass a few months back and her and her friends have formed a little band (one has an electronic drum kit and another plays guitar and is interested in other instruments e.g. autoharp, uke, banjo, zither...). I've been trying to sort out a lightweight rig
she can carry to the drummer's house, down the road. On Saturday I got a little Hotone Thunder bass, from Andertons for £50, and it's pretty impressive for such a tiny thing.
Now I'm thinking this amp with a good 8" cab would be spot on for her.-

These are great basses, I love mine. The pickup is really punchy.

I love Mark Korven's work for film scores. I've seen him live and it's incredible:

I'm not sure if Ministry would ever want to be classed as whacky but Jesus Built My Hotrod is edging towards that territory... and is fantastic. Puts a smile on my face every time.
I really wish Gibby had down more with Al and the Ministry/RevCo guys.

Ah, it was number 1 on the day I was born in Coventry. Maybe I should give it a listen...
