  2. These are not 250 of your 'what you expect" watts... Loud.. I say LOUD... fabulous amps: TOTALLY reliable a they were (at the point) made from RS military grade components, hence the original price.
    I've owned this series AH250, AH500 and still would if i wasn't 60... gone light(er) weight and senile so if this appears one the Guitar post... :)

  4. I have an L-2500, so a convert; that said... if you play a four, can't decide between a Jazz and a P and like to 'be there' live whichever you choose.. this is it... bar none.
    I love what the G&Ls do at low volume but when you're live, in a mix and trying to 'get through'.. 'tis the dogs.
    can't believe the condition/ I'd always been a Fender man... take the punt, well worth it. Leo was right!!!!
