SBMM pickup, switch and preamp assembly. Taken out of my long since gone SB14 which subsequently went to james of this here parish. I have absolutely no need for this little lot. Now £25 including postage and it's yours!

Hi guys

Just about to modify a jazz bass and have it defretted. Although stock pickups are ok, I don't like the tone.

Basically what pickups would people recommend to get the fullest tone from a fretless Jazz Bass without adding a preamp etc?!
