hi all... Ok... if this doesnt sell before Sunday i will be trading it locally so hit me with any offers!! I'm looking around £1300 but offers sure are welcome... you could get a bargain! UPDATE!! This really needs to go now I'm afraid - i have a wedding to pay for and i always seem to be using my stingray so it will have to go to a new home. £1300 is pretty firm I'm afraid... it was nearly £3000 new and its in excellent condition! Any trial is welcome... no trades as i need to recoup some cash! I was originally looking for £1800 isn, down to £1500 now down to £1300... i know the market is a bit thing but this is a lovely bass. Its a lovely bass but doesn't get used much... i like my stingray too much! hit me with some offers! Price drop... Looking to secure £1500... Will look at trades which give me a 5 string bass and £500... Looking for a Warwick or super jazz type bass... Already have a MM Stingray so don't need something like that... Really looking for a modern sound. Decided to sell on my Overwater Progress III Deluxe model... I'm not playing much at the mo, have little cash and am looking to get a new amp to get going again so need to recoup some dosh... It's about 4 years old, and with the additions i added on, came to just a smidge under £3000... it was an insurance claim (i had something similar which got damaged) so cant be sure of the exact cost, but if you know these basses, you will know what they cost... Depending on interest i will get more detailed photos up and am posting this at work so will need to get some accurate info to post later... but basically its: Thru neck design (as they all are) Poplar burl top Mahagony wings Wenge strips in the neck and wenge fingerboard (gives it a really clean / modern sound) the usual overwater electronics and hardware (doesn't have wood covered pickups) the main additions i had were the figured top and the wenge neck - the rest is a standard progress III deluxe... comes with the hard case although this arrived damaged and i have never used it. Cash wise... i would be looking in the area of about £1800 but am open to negotiation and am happy to look at trades... in particular i am looking for: High spec amp and cab / combo (2 x 10 ish, lightweight, EBS neo sort of thing) plus cash... 5 string bass to trade - not sure really but i like the modern sounding stuff - i already have a SRay 5 so dont need another... a warwick (had a $$ and regretted selling it), sandberg or something... i like natural wood although will look at most things but has to be a 5 string... Have a look at the photo - only a rough one but will get better ones up later... Im in the Gt Yarmouth area - open for anyone to come and try the bass, it's a real player! Line 6 Pod XT Pro in very good condition - rackmountable and comes with the metal shop pack for guitarists and the bass expansion pack for all you lovely bassists out there! After switching it on and taking some pics, i have found out that this little beast has the following models packs installed: FX Classic Metal Bass To buy all 4 model packs would cost around $200 (so about £130...) add that on to the cost of a XT pro and you are looking at towards £500... The Line6 site seems to have changed a bit but i reckon you can find loads of stuff about this on the web... Such a good bit of kit but just dont have the need for it any more so am moving it on (along with some of my other gear!) With the model packs this is well over £450 new so a bit of a bargain at £200! i paid £250 for it about 8 months ago from a mate so cant afford to lose too much on it... so £200 is what i am looking for. Mackie 820i Firewire mixer in as new condition, with printed manual although dont have the original box - will be well packaged for transport though... 8 channel firewire mixer, classic mackie mic pres, just dont really need it any more... doing much less studio work now so am seriously minimising what i have (selling a few other bits as well!) Loads of routing possibilities and a fantastic bit of kit. Presonus Faderport for sale - boxed and immaculate, complete with cables and docs. Can add pics and probably will do so ASAP! really useful bit of kit for sequencing - transport controls, 1 motorised fader and pan pot for writing and editing automation, track and bank buttons, mute record and solo buttons plus loads of other features...
