  1. I’ve had this for a while now and done a couple of gigs and rehearsals with it.

Its incredibly light and loud but I can’t get a tone I’m %100 happy with. For reference I’m big into vintage slightly overdriven tones (think early Geezer Butler). This doesn’t do that (that I can work out anyway).

Boxed with manual and the small footswitch (unused)

Id say it’s in mint condition.

Case is the official, insanely expensive, Darkglass case.

I’m in Chester but I’m quite happy to post at your expense.

    Specs etc here:

    No trades now sorry

  2. Ok no espresso available as my machine is on the blink. Does anyone know anything about Gaggia Classics ?

In light of this I will now ship to the UK or Europe at buyers expense but you must have good feedback on here and pay by bank transfer.

Will happily fly it with me to most euopean destinations providing you pay for the seat (for the bass!) and you pay up front. Germany especially welcome, danke! 😉

No trades now I’m bandless, I have way too many bases as it is.

Hi , you have a demo video of this bass ? .....THANKS

Sorry, I have nothing of it on stage that I can find, and I don’t really have the equipment to get a recording of it unless doing it through line6 Sonicport floats your boat.

If you’re in the UK you’re welcome to try it. No tea available, I can’t stand the stuff, quality espresso available though 😉

I was somewhat surprised to see Fleetwood Mac's John McVie has chosen the new Terror Bass for his recent stage rig. Obviously this guy can play what he wants no matter the cost. Perhaps I should check the new version out. I tried the old one and found it a bit limited tone-wise but maybe the new Clean switch allows more variation. I quite like John McVie's tone usually - just a simple, warm tone that works.

Very interesting as one would assume he doesn’t lug his own gear about.

What cabs was he using ?

It's worth mentioning that the Magellan does also have a dual Contour control which, while it's a little vague as to numbers, does add to the shaping possibilities, especially around the mids.

And none of them come close to the frankly intimidatingly bonkers array of knobs on the Genz Shuttles...that 12.2 was just boggling, to be honest... 😕🙂

I had one of those, couldn’t figure out the knobs, sold it.

Was very good with everything on 12 though !
