Give obbm a call and he'll sort you out in no time at all.
I ordered a 5m cable off of him the other day and it was delivered yesterday.
I only got it today as I was out when it was delivered so a trip to the post offfice and there it was.
Nice surprise actually as I'd forgotten I'd ordered it.

2.
Just dug out your address from sending the BNs. If you lived where you do now in 1969 we would be 2 miles apart.

In truth I didn't really like the BNs, but then I don't suppose they were designed for a Gibson Ripper.
In 1969 I would have been living in Wealdstone.
Hanging around Harrow Station on a Saturday evening before going to a party or whatever.
Usually a good band on at Harrow Tech on a Friday night.
How a bout yourself?

I'm just starting Keef Richard's autobiography, where he's talking about playing guitar using an old radio or tape recorder as an amplifier.

Your not a seperarated at birth twin are you?

Worryingly we seem to have a penchant for the same things as well as the same age ie Black Nylons.
I wonder if there will be more the digger we deep.

4.
Was in Bass Cellar the other day. The tall guy is indeed an utter cock, but he had mispriced something, so I bought it and staggered it to the cab rank with a big fat grin on my face having just saved 300 quid...
He may be a cock but what does that incident make you?

5.
I would assume you know how roughly much the items are worth (or how much you'd like for them). Is that not enough?
For Sale rules state a firm price must be stated.

6.
Order some EXL's yesterday lunchtime, they are on my bass now. Brilliant service as always, and free postage.

That strap looks pretty neat Tarcher, think i might investigate it more.
Actually got it to go with the red Jaguar Bass I should be getting in the not too distant future.

Theres a secondhand one for sale in the "Other Musical Stuff" section.
Look for Grand Wazoo's ad.
He might still have it.

Sa\me tweed as my fender Gig bag.

Just need to to save a bit for a Fender TV 10 or 12.

Love those amps but they are a tad pricey.

8.
When I was about 15 I dreamed of owning a Watkins Rapier. Fortunately I never had enough money for my dreams to be tarnished by reality.

Oh, the joys of the Selmer catalogue.
How old are you then?
That catalogue was the equivalent of porn to me when I was a teenager.
I'm not sure I made the pages stick together though :)

10.
PM replied waiting on payment and address to ship the gig bag, cheers.

As for the Fender tweed strap, despite many haggling pms from one particular member, I wish to repeat to this gentleman that no, I won't accept £8 and that £10 is my last offer, thanks but I am not a green grocers shop.
Well you can only ask then ask again to make sure. :)
I ain't proud :)

11. After making an enquiry asking if the guitar is a fender this is the reply I got.

Hi Paul, not the body, but the neck could be, spent hours trying to verify it but no constructive evidence. In all, far superior to the Mexican road worns costing hundreds more. It's a genuine mid 70's bass that's done the circuit! Hope this helps. Thanks, Mark

Well ,there you go.

12. Trying to persuade swmbo that this would be a far better investment than the money in the bank.
I'm not giving up though :)
Every time I look at the photo's my eyes water.

Actually bought a couple of basses off Si for investment purposes.
Lovely chap.

13. Took mine to my guitar lesson the other day.
It was much admired by my teacher, gave a lovely sound through his 2x12 Roland amp(black rotosounds)and really didn't believe the price whenI told him.

Mine did not come with an allen key for the bridge so does any one know what size it is please.
