When our Lord Jesus Christ returns upon this earth he will speak unto nations and say...
Just a band guys,Just a band.
That's all we all are... -
I'm in the same boat, I'm trying to sell a USA Peavey Wolfgang 1997 pat pending job. £750 and although I had 9 watchers nobody wanted to touch it. Its a great guitar, superb workmanship, all original with case, and all the gubbings etc.

Despite the fact he's a two-bob, spurs supporting st the bloke is a great bass player and yes, he is highly underrated.
He comes from round the corner from me (he used to live in Edmonton - I was born and bred in Tottenham). -
Errr.. not really on to comment like that in someone's for sale thread.
Stand - Motorhead
I pretty much listen to music at work throughout the whole day. -
Ah so its not closed completely. Thats good to hear. There's far too many venues closing down lately. Soon there won't be many places left to play
As for Trujillo, good bass player, I loathe the tone he keeps using with Metallica from all the live videos I've seen, but I reckon he's a good thing for 'tallica, the band have been interviewed a number of times saying he's had a fair bit of creative input on Death Magnetic, hopefully he continues to do so, you never know, they might have one or two corkers left in them with help from Trujillo.
I love the tone that Trujillo gets, I'm striving to get that valve type overdriven growl for my recordings... oh well no accounting for taste!
Oh and Lars Ulrich is a complete tosser. How James Hetfield hasn't drop-kicked him into oblivion by now is a complete mystery. If that was me, I'd have spanked him so hard his grandchildren would have felt it. -
Mackie from Blitz was a big influence to me and Gary MacCormack of The Exploited.

Troops of Tomorrow was one of my favourite albums back in the day. I still have UK82 on my iPod and listen to it regularly. Blitz were another brilliant band. Very underrated. One of my favourites:
Tube disasters by Flux was my first bassline, along with El salvador by The Insane.
Blimey, El salvador by The Insane now there's a blast from the past. -
If these are anywhere near as good as the Kent Armstrong Precision Hot Vintage pickup then 45 sheets is a steal.
-
Who in their right mind would buy a hunk of crap like that???
-
Hello mate, been to your neck of the woods a while back. We played the Rock Cafe 2000 there back in January last year.

I reckon this'll go for a few bob if it isn't pulled first. -
Bacchus make some fantastic basses. The quality is top notch, Japanese guitar making at its best.
