The A&H CQ series look really good if not a little more expensive than others. I am going for the Stagebox version, the CQ20. However, it does seem that the CQ18, the touch screen version is very popular for those transitioning from a mixer with traditional controls, it's currently sold out until April.
We use the CQ18, its amazing for the money. We also use the SQ5 it the full fat version of the CQ but identical quality & sound

Lovely things. But eye-wateringly expensive once you start adding options.
I hit about $11,000 before shipping, import duty and VAT...
Fortunately, I have (as yet!) no need of such an instrument, so if I had that kind of disposable income...
Crikey. What couldn't I get?
It is , but, as I get older and physical issues stop me playing I have decided to invest in fixes (spine, shoulder & wrists) to pay off is; all the benefits of performing with my mates....long may it continue

Superb amp, superb seller. I had the preamp version of this and it was brilliant - I really shouldn’t have sold it. That pre mated (via Mesa’s extraordinary implementation) with a very high-quality class D power unit results in a brilliant, versatile and practical package
Agreed...buy with confidence

My thinking is that the bridge end doesn’t need to be angled at all, the way it is on this bass looks like it would add discomfort compared to a normal flat bridge. I get the thinking behind the nut end’s angle though.
Unfortunately I have pain in both wrists, so the bridge +10* relief has solved my prob' allowing a flattish plucking hand. ( the neck is -25*) Jerome, also builds a bass with the neck twist only...he is also adding one of the 25* necks to a Ibanez GSR200

So I've been a (mostly) happy Behringer XR18 user almost since they first appeared on these shores. It does everything I need it to do, and a few things I don't (such as automix) but Behringer's support for the necessary software has been patchy at best (no pun intended) and, following numerous threads on the XR18 user groups on Facebook, it seems there is an underlying reliability issue with the power supply board. Mine lives in a flight case with a Driverack, the router, and a draw for necessary bits and pieces, and I have an X-Touch in a separate flight case as physical faders are much easier to adjust on the fly when mixing side of stage whilst playing.
Given my earlier comment about reliability, I am thinking of where I might go next, and I think I'll probably move away from the stage box style mixers to something more conventional. Given that I know and I am comfortable with the Behringer workflow, the most obvious next step is an x32 Compact but the x32 range is getting on in age too, and maybe there is a better solution out there. So here's the question, which digital desk would you move to next?
How many inputs & Aux (monitors) do you need?

I love the features of the CQ20 (all XLRs) but think the screen on the CQ18 really helps, especially with technophobe bandmates.

We use A&H SQ5, very happy but needed a back up...the CQ has the guts of the SQ without the faders + assist functionality for Gain, EQ, FX, Feedback control. = built in WIFI....Set up to mirror our channel settings from the SQ...all good sounds the same!!!...I think the iPad app interface is better & the personal mix app (my SQ myCQ) is roughly the same....& its tiny & less than 1/3rd cost......so far so good....Plenty of videos on YT
