  1. MESA BOOGIE WALKABOUT SCOUT CONVERTIBLE 12 INCH

I took this in a trade a few months ago off 2x18.

It is in very good condition if you go over it with a magnifying glass you might find a tiny tolex snag .

Comes with a brand new roqsolid cover and it sounds wonderful

I was at the time I got it thinking about the in ears route to onstage amplification of my bass in a band situation and have decided to take this course of action.

I have been offered a number of trades for it already and i am considering those but cash is always king.

I would take a cheaper 5 string plus cash or may do a straight swap for the right 5 string.

This is the cheapest one advertised on here on ebay and on reverb they do not come up often

  2. PAUL RIVERA DESIGNED AND IN HIS OWN WORDS THE BEST AMP FENDER EVER MADE
    last of the handwired fenders
what makes this so desirable is that it is the ONLY model of deluxe reverb that has an overdrive channel.
It was designed to compete with the late 70s early 80s Mesa Boogies.
The overdrive is excellent very 80s compressed.
You can scoop the middle and do great 80s metal.
The clean channel is based on the Blackface deluxe reverb and it gets no better than that
generally good condition for over 30 years old

This amplifier is all original and untouched.  The fender PCB reissue of the deluxe reverb is about £1600
This amplifier will not go down in value only up.
The most important bit is that it sounds wonderfull I have used it for many pub and club gigs

I think only valve amps need a load, you'll be fine, save you a load of hassle too! I've just ordered another 15" powered speaker/monitor for our PA that'll be using more often with a DI instead of  a backline more often in the future. So long as you have a decent PA it's a good call.

we should be ok with the PA we have a 2.4KW EV rig with 2 powered bins and two powered tops and a big old 24 channel studio craft desk

  4. I am a fairly unsophisticated player.  Until very recently i was using a 4 x 10 speaker on top of a 1 x 15 speaker with a 500 watt peavey t max.

I did not go through the pa

Recently for the smaller pub gigs and private parties I have been using a GENZ BENZ shuttle 6 or a shuttle 3  with 1 or 2 TC electronics RS210

I am thinking for the very small venues of DI ing into the PA

so the question is can i use the shuttles as a DI ( without speakers )or do they have to have a speaker load like my T max
