  1. Shipping to Europe - had a nightmare with DPD January - collected from me then returned TO ME a week later. No explanation or credit from DPD. SO - anyone shipping basses into Europe at the mo' - successfully I mean. Me and @Maleco would like some help.

      Exact same happened to me in January. Not a word of explanation, no refund and several ignored emails of complaint from me .... Sorry you went through this cr@p like I did. In the end I used ParcelForce (as UPS were not delivering to mainland at that point) who got it successfully to Brussels, where it has now been sat in customs for 9 days and counting, sigh.

      I've had a GoPro return to The Netherlands complete with Export Invoice attached as per instructions bouncing between two UPS depots (Tamworth and Stanford Le Hope) for 3 weeks!  It waits in SLH for a week, then gets updated to Requires Export Invoice, sent back to Tamworth for a a day, back to SLH for a week and so it goes on! It's a complete shambles!

      not alone then!! @Clarky - I got so p*ssed I started legal yesterday (small claims) not because of the 38 quid really, but their brick wall of resistance to any emails, calls etc. And the online chat they point you to is insane, started no5 in queue, 15 mins later, no8. WTF.
      Looks like my bass ship to France will need to wait - sorry @Maleco
