Various sizes across the UK. Overkill is part of the image though so having far more cabs than strictly necessary is par for the course.

I do go through the PA too and that's almost always done as DI from the amp.

If they are both 4 ohms, the head to run both would need to run down to 2 ohms.

unless your head has a line / power amp out, that way you could run one head into one cab and slave out into a power amp to run the second cab, something i have done in the past.

Both cabs are 4ohms and the Bassman is switchable between 2/4/8 ohms. So that all checks out. Just wondered if the different character/voicing of the cabs side by side is likely to be a good thing or a bad thing I guess.

Open to offers now on these in any combination.

Anyone had experience of doing this? I have a Super Bassman and an 8x10 Heritage. Was thinking of having a 6x10 as an option for a slightly smaller rig depending on van space and venue. But thinking that it might be fun to run them at the same time on occasion.

Can anyone far more knowledgeable than me give me any insight/advice?

“It’s a pretty typical P-Bass,” he explains, “but I had different pickups put in, and a thicker bridge. The main thing was trying to get the shape of the neck right. In the batch of 1971 basses that mine came from, I think that they were trying to split the difference between the feel of a Precision neck and a Jazz neck. It’s a little wider than a Jazz neck, which for me feels a little crowded.”

No reason. Just checked and the pick up is exactly as it should be. Must be a shadow in the picture.

The history on this bass is that it was bought in Chicago and brought to the UK by the drummer in the band. I bought it in Stratford and traded it with a fellow BC member. It’s a fantastic bass and CRAZY value for money at this price.

Now looking for trade for a 2 eq sunburst ray or an Old Smoothie or pre EB with cash adjustment. Makes more sense to hang on to this until I can find what I need.

Official Mexican Fender Precision neck + Fender American Vintage Tuners. Maple Board, slim modern C shape and skunk stripe. Dated to 2013.Has been previously fitted but not by me. Bought for a J body P neck bitsa that is never gonna happen. Excellent condition with almost no signs of play wear.

No worries. Not sure you're gonna find a Stingray coming in at much less though tbh.
