Total Watts

  1. I knew one BB wouldn't be enough!
  2. That is nice, but a tad too much for me!
  3. That is a thing of beauty - my 75 and 76 both have Di Marzios.
  4. Tried out the BBPH in a rehearsal on friday.. through the Hiwatt DR103 and Marshall 2 x 15 it is absolutely awesome!! now then, who wants to sell me something with the same active tone?
  5. I'm sure you are! I love the simplicity of it. I think you were right to take a 'hands off' approach.
  6. Ah,those Kay basses! I can't believe how much people expect to get for them on ebay! I've only ever sold about four basses, and the only one I don't regret moving on was a fretless Aria SB2000. I just never got on with it. Luckily I have a wife who doesn't mind having huge amounts of bass gear around the house..... there's four basses in the lounge now!
  7. I'd agree. To be fair, the only flats I've got are on a fearless P copy... been on for more years than I remember.
  8. Trouble is, I may well decide one BB isn't enough!!
  9. With a nod to Radio 6 ..... My first bass, a Maya Jazz (well, at least the neck and body are... everything else has been changed over the years). My last bass, a Yamaha BBPH, bought yesterday, and very good it is too. My everything bass, a mainstay since 1980 (refinished 1975 model).
