1. Hi guys,

    Fishman Full Circle Pickup

I have a completely unused Fishman full circle for sale, unwanted now due to a change of heart regarding a project i was undertaking!

this has never been fitted to a bass, and only taken out of the box maybe twice!

cheapest I can find them online in the uk is around the £200 mark so I was thinking £150?

    Fishman Platinum pro bass preamp

Owned by me for around 2 years, excellent little preamp - £80 (just noticed that the XLR socket is slightly wobbly on the preamp, doesn't effect the sound in any way but would irritate me if I was keeping it!)

BUY BOTH FOR £200! - If you want to fully 'fishman' yourself up, why not buy both!

Don't mind posting but buyer pays! wont post to Europe (sorry) would prefer bank transfer to avoid paypal stinkyness,

    thanks guys

  2. Cheers guys that's totally useful help,

Eskimo no worries about the G5, I really liked it but just couldn't get round the fact it didn't have a true bypass, also fell in love with the mark bass.

I'll check out that power supply, you think that the voodoo labs one is a no go?

    Cheers

    Andy

  3. Hi dudes,

Just recently I've been dabbling in the world of FX and I was wondering if I could pick your brains?

I've bought myself a mark bass supersynth, a source audio multiwave distortion, I'm in the process of acquiring a source audio pro envelope filter and I've got a boss tuner.

    My questions!:

Is there an optimum order in which to place these pedals to get the most out of them?

Also can anyone recommend a decent pedalboard and power supply?

    Thanks oh ever knowledgeable ones!

    Andy

  4. Now SOLD

For sale here is a Boss GT-10B multi-effects unit and a Korg G5 Synth pedal.

    Boss - GT 10B - £230

Absolutely top condition, in original box with original power lead and manual

I bought this monster about 4/5 months ago from fellow basschatter sgh and have gigged it once! I basically bought this so I could dive into the deep end with bass effects and work out what it is I actually want and don't want. Needless to say, this is far too much FX for me!

The GT is incredibly easy to use, all the patches are easily edited with a simple daisy chain method so you can place you effects in any order you want, good if you fancy compressing reverb and delays etc. It also doubles up as a USB audio interface for recording purposes, again something I'll never need or use. There is also a loop capability on the unit, I've no idea how this works!

    heres the specs from Boss

KORG - G5 - Bass Synth - NOW SOLD condition
with original power supply, I do have a reproduced copy of the manual which you can also find online as a PDF file.

Again bought from a fellow basschatter EskimoBassist about 3/4 months ago, By the looks of this forum it seems that this pedal needs no introduction, stunning bass synth, tracks really well and has a really nice and simple layout on the front. What i liked about this pedal is the fact that you can store presets, really simple idea but in my mind makes it infinity more user friendly than other pedals in this bracket.

heres some dude playing through one on you-toob (not me!)

  5. Hi guys,

I've got a TC RS210 sitting around not being used so I thought I'd see if anyone would do a straight swap for the RS112?

I see a few people asking on here if these cabs have the old or new finish. I'm assuming mine has the new finish as its only 12 months old? It's the bobbly non slip finish? Any enlightenment on this would be gratefully recieved!

My 210 is in mint condition, it's barely a year old and has been gigged maybe three times? I would be looking for a straight swap for a RS112 of similar condition?

Anyway if this appeals to you please PM and I'll send pics etc.

    Thanks!

    Andy

  6. Bought his takamine accoustic bass, very honest, trusting fella. We had difficulty meeting up so he dropped the bass at my house even though I wasn't there. Shame I couldn't meet the fella to shake his hand!

    Deal with total confidence
