Could be a RIM 6 fretless and RIM Singlecut 5 jAzz also. Thunderfunk heads and Dr bass 2460/1260 cabs. Thats me done!

Glad to see you are happy with the Bass Bud, its been a pleasure to build and Im looking forward to the Bass Bash, we should have 3 RIM Basses there.

Me too! Ive had two 400+ heads in rigs over the last 10 years and wished I never sold them, but when you need some cash they have to go. I was tempted to buy this sweet looking one, but I cant keep it as a back up to the TFB550-A

Mike made me a Custom Cab a few years ago with B&C speakers, it was a 412 cab and it sounded great thru the Mesa 400+ at the time. Had it for a while till I got gas for other gear.

Hi Jonny,

I would consider going Pre/Power setup maybe, crown K9 power and Sansamp RB1. That could suit you band well, otherwise get yourself a mesa 400 or maybe the Ampeg SVT-5/6 Pro. James Leech of Sikth always had a great sound with his setup.

I will be ordering two TFB750-A's in the next few mintues, So get in touch with me asap. The price will also be slightly more due to costs and postage. I will have to work the final price out once the amps are here guys. These amps are worth it, dave has sold 25 in the last month already! and he tells me I wont want to play my 550 once I hear the 750!

The recording is direct into my mates laptop with pro tools, no effects. He called me to ask if the bass was active after we recorded and he was blown away by the fact the bass is all Passive. The Q tuners are truely great pickups.

I will be coming in the Volvo, but not the amazon as she is off the road due to engine issues. I have a 940 for my daily now, getting a rebuilt B20e 130 BHP for the amazon next weekend. She will be ready in the summer!

Just got this picture from Dave Funk at Thunderfunk amps, Its Stevie Wonder taking to Bill Dickens' wife on Bills Mobile at the recent Namm Show. Bill was playing the new Thunderfunk 750, how cool is that!

My feeling is the paper will come away from the Aluminium over time, best of both worlds? More like jack of trades master of None?
I think Stu hamm will leave Hartke next year, those hydrives sound bad on the youtube clips.

Im real happy that this bass is finished and Im back on track with the other two basses soon. Looks like the soundclips will be done this coming wednesday night and studio pics next week also. Might be going down to Brighton to deliver the bass in person to Alex, as he is busy on the DIY.
