  1. I'm not using this my HK Lucas 1000 any more. It's a tidy little pa that sounds great as you would expect. It comes with speaker poles and the fitted HK covers. Good, presentable condition. It is missing the HK badge on the sub and has the marks you would expect from use. The badge is available from JHS as is the cab paint (loads of dealers paint them and whack new grill sponge on then sell as refurbished apparently). Was serviced last year (only been out 3 times since) and PAT tested a few months ago. Don't really use it anymore as that band ended and every one else I work with rents in pa and sound guy.

They go for more on eBay, but I'm feeling lazy and would rather deal with a bass chatter and save fees etc.

I can get pics when I'm next down at the studio where I rent storage.

  2. Time for a clear out to make room for new toys. I'm quite a fan of the yamaha md recorders. This one has been used to record loads of band demos. It has a direct out for each track so dead easy to get demos in to a DAW for polishing. I'm having another one of my big clear outs and this isn't getting the use it should be. Looking for £80 and I'll chuck in some md data discs to get you started.

  3. Right oh, in clear out mode now! Have been hanging onto this for a while as its great. But I have another interface so this is just sat in a draw.

It has transport controls and pretty decent preamps. Works with FW 400 & 800 (with a cheap converter cable).

It's in great condition and from a smoke free home studio.

  4. Hi guys,

Don't want to do this, but have just been offered a dream bass and need to raise some funds asap.

    Will post some pics later.

I'm £450 short on the bass, hence the price I'm after for this (no offers at this price I'm afraid). Need a super quick sale though.

The Floorboard and VB99 are in great nick. The GK3b is well gigged/marked, still very functional.

    Thanks,
    Lee

Amazing bargain for a fantastic multi-fx.

Can't do without mine, it's a sensational bit of kit.

    Bump!

Thanks Tony, I'm surprised its still here. I've started to use my VB99 live so this is now not getting used. Such a shame to leave it.

    Hello,

Can someone please tell whats happened to Phil Boot guitars had alot of work done in 1998 but now I have seen only an underwear shop in its place in Long Eaton. He'll be in his early sixties now, but someone who's been making them for so long might be in a corner of a work shop in garage somewhere...anyone...please ...

    thanks

That's a blast from the past, not seen Phil for 12 years or so! he is perhaps the finest repair guy in the country. The Paulman EUB he (along with Paul McNab) made me is an amazing instrument. Last I heard he was working for Toyota in Derby, but like I say not seen him for a long time. Would love to get in touch with him again.
