Quite, but it's not, I'm afraid, it's for a hard copy. The link supplied by Ted, on the other hand...

...worked a treat. Paid on the nail, downloaded (a bit slow, but...) and now installed (also a tad slow...) and working. Thanks again, Ted (...and OP Lee, for having started the thread..!).
It contains a selection of kits, from which I can compose one very, very close to my own Camco (similar to DW...), maple 5.5 snare, Sabian AAX cymbals, Paiste Sound Edge hihats...) Very nice. There's even a Zildjian flat ride like mine..!

Hard copies of software seem daft these days. I get it for big, multi DVD or huge like Komplete Ultimate. But for a few gb it hardly seems worth it.

Nice one, Lee, but I'm not going to pay the (to me, excessive...) $46 'shipping charge', even if it's still a considerable saving. Never mind; thanks just the same.

  5. Hi,

As per my other for sale threads, I've been offered a great bass by a friend and need to raise some cash. I've just brought another guitar and was going to keep both. But sadly one must go. Will get pics up for those interested.

Its a Prs tremonti se in Black. Its been gigged a bit and has a few marks but over all its in good condition. It has a large chip of wood missing from the tip of the head stock on the rear, while it works find and there are no issues with playability or its looks front on, from the back that bit really detracts from it as an instrument.

The RRP on these was about £600, but because of the chip and needing a quick sale will take £170.

Will get detailed pics up later for those interested.

  6. Hi,

Been offered a great bass, but need to raise some funds, so having a big gear sale. This is pretty much mint and boxed. Great funky unit as used by Paul Turner et al.

  7. Again more stuff I'm holding onto that I should probably sell. This FireWire interface and control surface has been great. I've been using it with logic but works with garageband and all other major DAW. Dead useful, quiet, cleaning neutral sounding piece of kit looking £40 for quick sale.

  8. More clear out stuff. I've only just brought this from Basschat. We use them at work hence am very familiar with how capable of these little magic boxes are. Hopefully I'm buying a new interface and just looking around the Focusrite Sapphire 24 pips my interest. As this would come with the VRM box inbuilt I won't be needing my external one, hence the sale.

The Focusrite VRM Box's are great for anyone working in a less than ideal monitoring situation to compare mixes using headphones. What is great for anyone mixing and mastering stuff from home.

Pictures available on request, I'm looking to get back the £50 is cost me.
