    Home used only. No scratches and no marks on either unit. Hard flight case included for the head. Prefer to sell as a set. Collection only as I don't have the box for the speaker cab anymore. Thank you. Any taker for the Cab47 for £150. Less than half for a new one. This is in mint condition.

    I think so. I remember walking into the workshop a few months ago and Martin was about to finish the Flamboyant on the worktop. Can always give them a call to confirm. However, Martin has stopped numbering the built so it's very hard to know exactly what year the bass was made. I only found out last week when I was checking out the used ones!

    It's very difficult to record a good sound out of a double bass unless of course it's being done professionally. If you Google on the Wan-Bernadel, most comments are pretty positive. Don't think I'll be carrying the double bass if I were to visit Manchester! 😅 Thanks for the interest.

    100W, 2x5" "Piranha" Limiter. The two dedicated 5 inch drivers were specifically designed for the briefcase, driven by a high current 100-watt (RMS) amplifier housed in rigid metal chassis. I used this combo on varies gigs from outdoor to indoor and it is a lot louder than it looks. Weight: 28 lb Dimensions: 6.5 x 14.5 x 15.75 ins Inputs: Active/Passive Others: Compressor/limiter, 5-Band EQ, Headphone out, Balanced-line out, Pre-amp out, Extension-speaker out A few nicks here and there but nothing serious as you can see from the photos.     Hi All, glad to update you guys that Laurence is back taking in works now. I dropped off my bass this morning at his shop and had a chat with Laurence. Really nice fellow.

    I went over to his shop earlier this afternoon. The front door shuttle was half opened and there were loads of boxes piling up at the front. The shop appeared to be emptied as no one comes out after me knocking! Don't look like he'll be able to take in any works in for another month or two.

    Hmm.....terrible ppl preying on us sweet loving bassists. I could probably guess the name of the shop as there aren't that many around. The owner is a well known bell end and very rude at the shop especially if you are not buying. Glad that you, finally, get your money.

    I did actually go to the workshop but he has one of those CCTV doorbell which can answer calls remotely. He told me he wasn't in the workshop and asked me to return next week! I am sure he was inside but I ain't going to sit outside all day as it's just going to get me more annoyed. But thanks to you guys, it all worked out now. 😊

    Latest update guys. I finally received the money today 3 weeks after sending him a "letter before action" giving him 2 weeks to pay. Then on the last day of the 2 weeks, he emailed me saying how disappointed he was that I went this route. I know, pathetic huh? He still saying that the online banking dongle hasn't arrived. Then he asked me to give him another week and if the dongle still not arrived by the end of the week, which is today, he would go to the bank. Hmm...shouldn't he do this many weeks ago? Again, thank you all for the advice. 😁
