1. Lunch time bump. I'm open to reasonable offers. Following a recent query from a fellow basschatter, these are the following basses I would consider as trades.

USA Fender P-Bass Deluxe 4 string (with humbucker at the bridge & rosewood fretboard) preferably black but will consider other finishes
ACG Finn 4 string
CIJ Fender Jaguar deluxe in black or candy apple red
Fender Troy Sanders Signature Jaguar
Yamaha 1024x in white or black

2. Hi Andrew, yes I think I do. It's a little tarnished from play and wear. The black hardware has only been on the bass for the last 2 years but if you would like, I can take a photo of the gold hardware.

It will be tomorrow morning before I can add the photo to this post. (Funnily enough, if you were interested in the bass I am actually going to be in Kent this weekend)

3. I've decided to put my much loved, much played Streamer LX up for sale.

I bought it on here in 2010 and since then it has been one of my main basses and has seen quite a few gigs. It plays as well as it did the day I bought it.

There are some dints and scratches which I've photographed. 2 chips are down to the wood, which were there when I bought it. They are on the lower side of the bass when your holding it on a strap and are not visible from the front. None of the bumps/dings/scratches or chips detract from it being a great bass to play.

It has always been in either a case, or on a wall hanger when not being played.

When I bought it, it came with gold hardware, i changed it to black. I also recently changed the nut to the Just-a-nut 3.

It was made in 2002, has an ovangkol neck with wenge fingerboard, original MEC pickups and electronics and is currencly strung with D'Addario Pro Steels.

I'm looking for £650 and have adjusted the price to account for the dings etc. Some won't be deterred by them, others will.

Ideally this is for collection but delivery may be possible at the buyers expense although I'm not sure if I have a spare case, I will check.

4. Hi

I bought this here on the forum a couple of years ago. Its a great piece of kit but I find myself using the onboard compressor on my amp so this is surplus to requirements.

It's for sale for £40 posted within the UK with original box, well wrapped.

I live in the Greater Manchester area so collection can be arranged if preferred.

5. I have a sansamp paradriver for sale. In good condition, has spent most of its time at home, only gigged a few times.

There are a couple of very small chips. Everything works as it should

£125 plus £5 postage & packaging.

I live in Greater Manchester area so if you prefer to pickup that can be arranged.

6. Yep, i used to own a spector along with my streamers. the spector is now gone and I still use the streamers as my main basses. Funnily enough, the mix of musicman with warwick is where I'm headed (when I have some money) I have real GAS for a black stingray with rosewood fingerboard.

7. [s]I've reluctantly decided to sell my Spector Euro4 Lx. I bought it on this forum a couple of years ago and as much as I love it, it has spent most of its time hanging on my wall. No matter what I do, I keep returning to my Warwicks.

I made a small modification to the electronics in September of last year, by removing one of the volume pots and wiring both pickups to a single control. It was done with the intention of making this my main gigging bass and thats how I prefer them to be set up for gigs. However, I only used it for 3 gigs in October and it has since, for the most part remained on my wall at home....only occassionally venturing out as a backup (and not used).

I will include the volume pot which I removed for the new owner to re-install if they wish. The hole has been covered with a grommet, which isn't glued in so it won't leave any mark on the body.

I've included some photos of how the bass looked when I bought it and how it looks now. I have taken good care of it and there aren't any dings in the body that I can see.

The bass does not come with a case, so local pickup (or meet) is the best option. I live near Stalybridge and work in Manchester.

Taking into consideration the modification to the controls and the lack of case, I am looking for £585. The only trade I'm interested in at the minute would be for a micro head such as a TC RH450, Gallien Krueger MB500 or Mark Bass F1 (with cash adjustments either way depending on the head)

Final note, the bass is currently sent up in CGCF and has 110-50 strings, so I imagine the buyer will want to change this set up.

Thanks for taking the time to read this[/s]

Paddy
