I think the moral of these stories is to do your homework before taking on a gig..... if you don't know what audience your expecting then don't do the gig.... if the audience don't know what the music your playing..... don't do the gig.... This applies to cover/function/corporate bands obviously.

Hi Guys & Girls If you are or know of anyone (male or female) who is or would make an ideal Tribute Singer, please pass them my contact details. This is for a new project that I am working on for fruition in 2010. They would need to be an excellent performer and have ultra dynamic stage presence. Ideally they would need to have or be able to mimic closely the artistes on stage personality (dance moves/ signature body language) and vocal signature. They would need to pass an audition with a live band and would be required to perform at least two songs by the artiste they are performing as and also further general cover material. They would also need to be able to perform competently as a back up singer also as this would be required. Many thanks Jay
