@Basscabman Wondering how the neck's getting on 6-9 months later? How does it play, how's the intonation etc.? Any other comments or observations?
I've just stumbled across the same seller on eBay and the quality looks decent in the pics. They appear better than a lot of the other options.
Cheers in advance, Paul.
It's great mate, really low action, Only had to adjust the truss rod once since I got It.

Absolutely this.
I've got one in a passive MM type bass and KiOgon made me a four position rotary switch, to match the volume and tone knob, which switches through single bridge coil, single neck coil, then both coils in series, then both in parallel.
The standard pickup comes wired in series but a true MM is wired in parallel but it's simple to change, if you wanted to.
How do you change the pickup from Series to parallel?

Cheers John.
If I hate the neck I'll slap a jazz neck on It and move the bridge back!

Stew does the MM copy with the 2 humbuckers have the same tone at the bridge is the all black single pickup version?
-
Stew Is the neck on the 2 pickup MM one a lot fatter than the Stealth black MM one?

Been looking for one of these for a while now, Unfortunately this one Is out of my budget for a used one.

I was going to go for one of these but I read a review on Thomann and It said they had really thick baseball bat necks.
An owner on here said that's not true?

Ta mate, Is It thick like a baseball bat?

Well it's here, first impressions, I seriously like the stealth paint and for once the tort guard is growing on me, neck is not as chunky as other HB's I've owned in fact it's quite similar to my 4 string Alpher maybe only fractionally deeper its straight, no sharp ends and the frets seem to be quite level. Pickup isn't bad for the money, remember it's £118! The tuners tune and the bridge is functional but not brilliant but like I said it's £118, would I recommend one for a beginner? Definitely, would I recommend one in general? Without a doubt, it's a bargain!
How wide is the neck at the nut?

There's a video on youtube about these basses humming, The earth wire under the bridge isn't earthed because of the black paint on the bridge.
The bloke took off the bridge and ran the earth wire into one of the bridge screw holes and cured it.
