3. Recently bought a pre-owned Ovation Celebrity bass, that came in this case, which I don't require. I believe this is an original Ovation case, as the previous owner bought the bass & case from new, but there are no badges or logos on the case. Outer covering is in very good condition, a few scuffs but no rips or tears. Internal plush lining in red with diamond pattern. Neck support and small storage compartment. Dimensions 1275 mm long, 190 mm deep, 450 mm at widest point. Weight approx 6 Kg. £45.00 collected from Colchester area. Delivery cost approx £20 - £25. 8.
What is the neck profile like on the 5 string ? What would you compare it to ?
Hi, I'd class it as a wide, slim 'C' , or a flat, slim 'D' - if you like Jazz bass necks you'll like this ! Width at nut / zero fret - 47mm Width at 1st fret - 49mm, depth 20mm Width at 12th fret - 64mm, depth 21 mm Hope that helps !
