1.
hey Sean!!!!
u got a cash figure in mind?
Hi Roon, hope your keeping well, i was a bit unsure when posting the thread but ive had more than a few offers enquiring about this so i would be looking at £1450 for a cash sale. You more than welcome to come through an try it if your interested, though ive moved up the road since you last came through :)

  2. Hi, i had a similar problem earlier on in the year. I tried the dean but thought it was pathetic and wasnt too impressed with many of the other 8 string offerings for around the 300 mark. In the end i ended up buying a cheap japanese fender precision from ebay and having jon shuker mod it to an 8 string. Its something i would really recomend, you get a bass for the same price as the deans and schecters that is far superior in tone and playability, plus theres something quite nice about having an 8 string fender :)

  3. Hi, im a bit undecided about this, but up for trade is my 1978 Fender Jazz. All parts are original and its in brilliant condition for a 31 year old bass.

Im primarily looking for trades though will listen to cash offers. On my trade list id be interested mainly in Sadowskys but also other super jazzs and maybe another fender jazz of the same era in black (i have too many white basses)

Here are some pictures, i play the bass without the ashtray and pickup cover on but have also put them on in some for anyone that prefers them.

  4.
What is the impedance and power handling of the 1510.

I take it this is an old, no longer produced cab?
Hi, the cab is 8ohms, i believe it to be about 10 year old and was launched with the original SVT-II and as you say is no longer in production, great cab though :)

  5. Hi, thanks for the link to those videos, a few easy things in there i didnt think to use before, heres the mock up of my shuker i got out of it anyhow

sorry its not much help to the OP :)

  6. Well while i sell the ampegs i thought i may aswell take a group photo as im more than loving my living room atm :)

shame i cant afford to keep the ampegs aswell as the aguilars really and that the modulus hasnt photo'd better, though at the end of the day its the rickenbacker whats important

  7.
would you consider splitting? im interested in the 410 but dont have a need for the 1512. The whole rig looks awsome, but i couldnt justify that amount of amp-age in my house. :)
Hi, ideally id like to sell them together but if you want to PM me with an offer i can see about splitting

  8. Hi, seen as ive just bought the two Aguilar cabs on here, my old cabs are up for sale. Both are in brilliant condition, though i havn't had time to take some decent pictures yet so for now ive just included the crude picture i used in the gear porn section:

For anyone not familiar with the SVT-1510e, it is has two speakers, a 15" and a 10" along with a tweeter.

I'll also happily post the cabs

    SVT-410HE SOLD

    SVT-1510e SOLD

    NOW ALL SOLD :)

  9. Hi thanks for the replys, i did a bit of ringing round and found a few places and people to heavily recommended a chap called Chris Lloyd so ive decided to give him a try. Seemed a really nice guy when i spoke to him :)

    Thanks again
