    Would you have any interest in a Sterling by Musicman Ray34 (not a sub), with a bit of cash your way? Sorry but the pics I currently have of the bass aren't great as the flash makes everything look scratchy. Don't have this bass at home currently but if you are interested I will get some better shots taken. Cheers

    Bought this bass on a whim, because I liked the look of it, but it hardly gets a play and I fancy a musicman but can't currently afford a new one so am looking for a sterling 4 string sub. Will either sell the Ibanez or consider a trade

    Very interesting to see how Gordon Smith have improved over the years. I bought one back in the late seventies/early eighties. No idea if it had a name but it was a purple colour and had a serial no. of 000037. I was told at the time that it had been made for the bassist with Billy J Kramer, but that may have been salesman bullshit. Would love to know who has it now and what they think of it.
