  1. So I've moved to the hydrives from a supposedly inferior and budget transporter cab. The tp is rated at 300w @ 8 ohms as are the hydrives, but I use two hydrives, yet I used to get considerably more volume from the cheap 410, to the point where I don't have enough volume with my little mark 2 and 2 x hydrive cabs... Surely I am doing something fundamentally wrong (besides switching from a cab that sounded good to my ears, for the sake of pursuing the lightweight dream!), as 500w should be enough in anyone's book!

I recently posted in here about the cabs being "boomy", which I think is now sorted via the eq, however now the issue is volume! Should I move back to a brute of a 410 or are there things to try to get along with the hydrives? Volume aside, I love the aesthetics and portability, but now realising that looks and size maybe aren't everything!

  2. Wow, my all time favourite pedal, never once used in a song, but amazing for jamming with; surely one of the 10 pedals every bass player should own in a lifetime?

Great nick, boxed, instructions, the works. Crumbs, I'll even make sure it's got a battery with it!

£25 now, plus postage please, or collection from Haworth, West Yorkshire.

    Fire away with q's!

    Cheers

  3. One of the few distortion/ overdrive pedals for bass that doesn't suck all the bass from your tone - a great pedal, but not getting used!

It's a few years old so has signs of use, but works perfectly and covers a huge range of tones, from subtle fuzz to full on screaming distortion.

£50 plus postage, or collection from Haworth, West Yorkshire.

    Fire away with any q's.

    Cheers

  4. Big, sturdy, a little worn, but fully functional and low(ish) cost pedal board.

There's a few dinks and duct tape marks, but nothing that affects performance. The carry case is a little faded, but again, fully functional. Zoom pedal there for scale, not included in the sale!

Based in Haworth, West Yorkshire, but happy to post at cost.

    **Now £25 plus postage**

Any q's give me a shout!

    Cheers
    Rick

    Rack bag: £35 plus postage
    Rack ears: £10 plus postage

    Any q's ask away!

    Cheers

  6. Hi - looking for a nano / micro / mini effect loop (in pedal form), but struggling online, apart from loopmaster, which looks ideal, but are USA based... Any alternatives in the UK?

    Cheers!
