1. Got a spare set of Kalium steel strings. Gauges 124 Tapered - 94 - 70 -51 These are for 34 scale or shorter (would fit 35 too) and would be ideal for C standard tuning at medium tension but anything near there should work depending on what tension you like. Incredible sounding strings but ive given up on the company, they are completely useless so have changed to something else and have these left over, never used have been stored strait. With the shipping from the US these were around £60... £22 shipped would be fine.
2. Having a clear out/change up, all prices include UK Shipping.... Darkglass B7K - This is about 6 months old, perfect condition, not even had Velcro on the bottom, boxed and never gigged - £185 Darkglass Alpha Omega - 8 or 9 months old, very good condition, had a temple boards pedal plate stuck to bottom, boxed. - £225 SOLD Cog T16 - 4 or 5 months old, never gigged, had pedal plates stuck to bottom still boxed - £100 SOLD Source Audio Tap tempo switch - Was on my board but never used, comes with cable, boxed - £20 Sold Templebloard Duo 16 with 2 Patch Bay Modules and Power Module comes with Pedaltrain Junior Hard Case - These are great boards, this one is in great condition it has a mounting plate i bought for the bottom to attach power supply to, the patch bays are really handy and the power module has an on off switch to power up the board and will connect to most power supply's, i'l chuck in an adaptor that will connect it to a Cioks supply too. The board, modules and rear mounting strip would cost £210 with shipping new plus a Pedaltrain case which can only be bought with a pedaltrain board you would probably be looking at £350ish for the lot new... I'l also throw in all the old pedal plates i have so you just need the replacement pads which are cheaper than buying a load of new plates - £170 Sold Info on the Temple Boards can be found here - https://templeboards.co.uk I wont consider any trades for other pedals, i dont need anything right now.
3. £85 Replacing this with something else so letting it go. Its about 6 months old and in perfect condition with box. Price includes UK Postage.
4. Morning guys! Just seen the Darkglass Instagram post, thanks for the heads up. Picture of the the whole board... Still a Nemesis shaped space i haven't got round to filling yet.
5. Been running 2 of these on my board but am really missing having a B7K around so gonna let one go. Easily the best pedal ive owned, there is nothing that could make me part with my other one, this one still have the box and the pedal is in perfect working condition but has had sticky stuff on the bottom as expected. Price includes shipping.

Alan bought my Harley Benton Shorty from me, absolute pleasure to deal with, thanks!
11. Oh that is wonderful! Congrats!
12. Thanks again everyone, had a rehearsal Wednesday, it really does sounds, play and feel great, fair play to Warwick this is one hell of an instrument and yeah that neck is wonderful. Kev - Will do but i'm a wee bit smitten, don't think this one will be going anywhere mate! Just about to load the Van and Head to Sound Check for tonight's show, first proper outing!
13. Thinking i may have gone a little high on the asking price, guess i had the brand new electronics/pickups in mind, however lets drop this to £1400.
14. Thanks again guys. New strings on and tweaked the set up a little, about a quarter turn tighter on the truss rod, taken about .6mm out of the action and dropped the pickups to match, il let that settle in over night but i think we are going to be very happy together. Right i'm off, Studio with the guys, looking forward to this!
15.
please report after the first gig with it
Will do
That really is a beautiful bass. A five string version might be my dream bass. Whats the USB cable in the user kit for? Battery charging?
Yeah the 5's are stunning! Thats right, the little hole on the cover on the back is to charge the preamp, there's a tiny little LED next to the hole to show its charging.
16.
Have to confess to being a Warwick fan, but this did have me say "oh, wow!" That bass is seriously nice. How well does it hang on the strap? What does it weigh?
Thanks! I'ts 4.6kg on my digital bathroom scales. Its sits quite nice on the strap actually, you know you are wearing something thats for sure! The rear pin is in a slightly different position to my 93 with recessed and i like how that feels, theres a little pull towards the head, hardly anything but with a less grippy strap i can imagine it might feel a touch more noticeable. Its a very satisfying bass to wear i have to say. Minor issue, one of the 2 strap locks is not working, its stuck in the release position which i luckily noticed before i stood up, i have to be honest ive been a Dunlop guy since forever and having a problem with these straight off the bat is making me think i will be putting some Dunlops on this in time for Fridays show. EDIT - Saying that i have managed to unstick it and its moving freely but still jamming in the release position once every half a dozen tries, not sure i want to take the chance with it, we will see i guess.
17. Picture added, the board hasn't even been unwrapped.
18. I don't usually do these but i feel like i really should for this.. This arrived this morning, ordered only 5 weeks ago so was expecting to wait another 5 weeks for it so a nice surprise particularly as i have a few hours in the rehearsal studio tonight before 2 shows this weekend so this will be getting thorough work out. Its a fairly standard spec Thumb, Bubinga Body, Wenge Neck with a Tiger Stripe Ebony board, the new wood tuning pegs and truss rod cover to match the neck, its got a brass bridge with the latest MEC 3 band pre (the one with the USB charger witch i very much like!) In fact the only thing that makes if different is i had it set up BEAD, so it has a custom cut Just A Nut lll to accommodate the necessary string gauges. The first thing that has struck me is the craftsmanship is frankly astonishing, i don't think ive ever held anything this well made in my hands, its flawless (and heavy which i like, never liked a bass thats too light) I feel ive lucked out a little with the woods, this particular piece of Bubinga is to my eyes stunning and the Wenge is just how i like it, plus the Tiger Stripe Ebony is just the right amount of subtle, couldn't be happier really. The set up is really good, a little high for my taste and i don't like the strings, i'l be getting my preferred choice on shortly and having a little tweak of the set up to get it just right for me. Only had it on my rig at home but so far it sounds every bit as good as i hoped and expected. Couldn't be happier, had to move a lot of basses on to justify this order but i definitely made the right choice. 19.
Very jealous - a brand new CS Thumb! You prefer it to the SS2's then? Anyway I'm going off piste...Looking forward to the reviews when the new one arrives.
Never really had the pleasure of trying an SS2, i'm definitely more a fan of the Thumbs than any other Wicks really, will definitely post something when it arrives which is meant to be in the next 3 hours but annoyingly i have to go out in a minute so looks like i'l miss it today. Bump!
