Having learnt much from lurking about this forum , I thought it was about time I joined in !
Bass was the first thing I played live, in a band from
school (although played is probably pushing it a bit ), but then left it for many years as I taught myself guitar and did the "we're gonna be famous" bit with a band.
T'was good fun but we stopped in '86 after getting nowhere but hey ho....... so did a couple of bits and pieces and stopped for another 8-9 years.....
So 25 years after playing my first bass I started again in 2001 and we formed a rock covers band called Munchen Beever which, while we pursue our new tribute venture , has taken a back seat...
