Status of items updates, subject updated to reflect what's left - not much!
Thanks to all those that have bought something. -
TBH I am not 100% certain, and I am not sure what the transferability is if you attach it to an account. I suspect the big difference is the colour, but wouldn't bet anything on it.
I'll try to have a look what amps are in there...

Very interesting it’s sits on the Two 10 perfectly with no overhang.
They could have been designed for each other!

Felix still available.

Yeah, it’s like a reminder you have edited but not saved the patch. Another small but cool update.
Absolutely - been there in the larger models, nice to see more uniformity across them.

... anyone updated to 2.9 yet? Also does anyone know whey there is a small E next to a patch name, especially when using the snapshot functions? Not noticed it before and just wondering if it’s due to updating this morning?
@jimbobothy I was just looking at the release notes - looks like the E for edited wasn't across the whole range - new on the stomp and FX
-
The E next to a patch name means it has changed from the preset, either a manual tweak to an effect or amp setting, or a change of snapshot or an effect on/off.
Load a patch it will go, adjust anything and it's back.

Did the usual - turned it off and back on again and thr several seconds latency on the metering looks to have gone.

Got it, went ok OK but had to look up how to get snapshots back on switches.
Anyone looked at the metering? Looks like there's some latency...

No idea what it's like with a fretless! The amp is out of the way in the garage and my fretless is out of the way in the loft!
Hatfield makes it awkward to give it a try... -
Chris bought my TC HoF 2 - a pleasure to deal with - thanks.

I always did think that RTFM was over-rated,
I describe half my job as RTFM for those that couldn't be bothered.

I had been looking forward to it, but I think it's the right call.
-
I wouldn't bet on it 🙂

The thing I am most interested in for 2.9 is what qualifies as soon?
-
Sold a pedal to Peter - prompt payment, kept in touch, top bloke!

If it helps anyone, I will be at the bass show in Manchester at the end of the month so can take things along there.

Where is best to park?
Anywhere in the centre is likely to be expensive.
What direction will you be coming from? A tram or train station with decent parking might be cheaper. eg if coming from the north, Radcliffe tram stop has a big, free car park and will cost £4.90 to get in - similar at Eccles (£4.30).- 1

Where are you? Could you make the bass show in Manchester at the end of March? Should be a fair bit you could try including Line6, Ashdown, Bergantino, Mark, Laney, GK....
Have you considered going for a modelling solution? pick a used Helix up for 800 ish, something like a crown XLS 1502 han be had new for £300 ish. Together not a lot of weight...

Bugger ☹️
Seriously considering driving up from that London and back, on Saturday.
At a quick check you could do the train for about £50.
Probably cost nearly that to park in the middle of Manchester.

Myself and my good friend, Les, are popping over from Chester on the Sunday. If anyone sees a shortish, fattish, middle-aged, bald guy, er 'improvising' on basses outside most normal people's financial grasp, it could well be me.
Isn't that roughly the target demographic? I'm not that short, but the rest applies...

Ok, the board has not gone as a job lot so open to discussion on individual items.
work has suddenly gone man in so I may be a little slower than normal.

OK, a big effect clearout here. There are a raft of pedals set up on a pedalboard with a powersupply.
Prices are collected - Bolton area. I don't know postage costs yet - will work out on an on demand basis.
Trades - not really looking for trades, I need to cover the cost of my Helix!

Do we have any idea if this is likely to actually happen? What are the changes to the lineup?
