I once heard a story about a session player who always had trouble with a certain producer with his bitsa bass, saying that the guy should consider getting a proper Fender bass. So he installed some Fender decals to it and suddenly the bass sounded “right”

got both big and small box octavbres. For me the main advantage is the sub switch as I use it for some unison lines in my band. Luckily I got them when prices are normal otherwise I will just get 2 MXR minis 😁

Selling this excellent tuner from Peterson. gigged this one for years and it never let me down. Built like a tank. DI is excellent as well. I usually had it at the end of the chain.

For me its because I am in functions/cover band, and I do use the whole fretboard of my standard tuned 5. Its a do it all bass, from pocket notes to bass chords to solo sections.

I consider myself a 4 string player but my main bass for my current band is a 5 string. TBH I can gig with either but most of the songs that we play just sound better and fuller with the low notes.

How do you both have these set up? I'd love to use one on my Source Audio C4 but can't work out the logistics!
For the Zoom, I use it to just switch between the patches. What I did is downloaded the app, setup the controller, plug it to the zoom and usb powersource and it just instantly worked. Its capabilities are really simple such as 1A is patch 1A, 1B is patch 1B etc etc. but for the price I cant really complain.

The M-Vave Chocolate is great isn’t it?! No right to be as good as it is for £30. Bought one for my lad to do Bluetooth page turning, triggering MainStage patches etc. Silly easy to set up!
Oh yeah, one of the best £30 I’ve spent. Works with the Zoom really well; instant access to the patches.

Ooh, a 3 leaf Enabler, you don't see one of those often.
Yeah, had one when it was first released and it is one of my favorite preamps ever. Only sold it to fund my Noble but missed it dearly.
Headphone part is awesome, Perfect when I am trying to learn songs at night.

What’s the black one with no label? Octabvre?
Hi yes, its the Earlier version with Tim mode. i painted it when I had an all black board and 3leaf prices are still normal. (Hated the white on that)

Here is a pedal that I probably bought and sold a dozen times as really, its one of the best 2 knobs tone shaper pedal out there. So easy and simple to use. Will probably buy one again in the future but for now, need to sell it to raise funds.
highly regarded by the likes of Juan Alderete and Jonathan Hischke.
£80 posted within mainland UK. Can be collected at HP18. No trades atm unfortunately.
