  1. Here is my absolutely gorgeous 2009 Fender Classic Series 60's Strat FSR in lovely creamy Olympic White.  This guitar has hardly a mark on it and looks, plays and sounds amazingly.  It balances well on a strap and is a joy to play.

    Some Specifications:

    • 2009 FSR Special Edition Custom Shop Designed
    • Custom Shop 69 pickups
    • CTS Vintage Style Pots
    • 2 Point Vintage Style Tremolo with USA Saddles & Fender pressed steel vintage style saddles
    • Full Thickness Steel Trem Block
    • 21 Medium Jumbo Frets with very little wear
    • Rosewood Finger board
    • 12" Fretboard Radius
    • Aged White Plastic Parts
    • Generic Hard Case

This guitar is a real gem and the USA pick ups sound great.  As usual I just have too many and I'm moving house so need to have a clear out.  I was asked if the USA solid saddles were original and I was told they were when I bought it.  However, I've changed them to Fender vintage style pressed steel saddles that do look vintage correct.  The USA solid steel saddles will come with the guitar.

I live in Scorton, North Yorkshire and would prefer cash on collection.  I am happy to courier at the buyers expense.

I would like £525 ONO please and I don't want any trades thanks.

  2. Here is my very lovely P Lyte.  It's all original and in excellent condition for a used bass that is about 30 years old.  The colour is Sienna Sunburst and it's in really good condition with only a small indent at the rear on the comfort contour and a couple of knocks on the matching headstock.  There's a bit of tarnishing on the bridge but I think that's expected of a bass of this age that's been played.  All the controls work and the knobs are original.  This plays looks, and sounds lovely and it weighs in at a back friendly just under 3kg on my bathroom scales.  The battery on this lasts for ages and it just seems to go on and on.  These are excellent basses but I'm hardly playing now and it needs to go.  The person I bought it off said they were the original owner and the age related hard case came when he bought the bass. The BASS Book dates it as 1989-1990.

I live near Richmond North Yorkshire and would prefer cash on collection but I'm happy to courier at the buyers expense.

I would like £600 ONO please and I don't need any trades.

    Thanks for looking.

    Mike

  3. Here is my lovely Revelation RPB 65 in a cracking Red.  It's a bit darker than Fiesta but it looks great.  This is a great looking, playing and sounding bass.  There are a couple of little marks on the bottom end of the body that are no problem at all but they are there.  The Entwistle Neodinium  pickups are great and this sounds like a good thumping P bass.  It weighs just under 4kg on my bathroom scales and it balances really well on a strap.  There's not much else to say really.  It's as good or better in my opinion than a Squier and it's a little bit different with the Dingwall style headstock.  I guess that will be a bit like Marmite.  You either do or you don't like it.

I'm in North Yorkshire and because of current restrictions I think it's best if it's posted.  It would be really helpful if the buyer could arrange their own courier and I will pack it properly and hand it to the courier.

I don't want any trades thank you.  £150 ONO please.

    Cheers

    Mike

  4. Just bought Dunc’s Lovely 88 MIK Telecaster.  Another excellent transaction with Dunc.  Cracking guitar, great price, excellent comms.  Dunc is great to deal with, a credit to Basschat.  Cheers Dunc 👍👍👍👍😀

  5. Here is my excellent SR500.  It's a lovely deep mahogany colour with a very nice shine to it.  The bass has had an Aguilar OBP 3 pre-amp fitted to it and an extra battery cavity fitted making this an 18 volt system.  The mod was done before I bought it but it looks like it was carried out by a professional.  It has excellent Bartolini pickups which sound great.  The bass looks, feels, sounds and plays really nicely.  It's not pristine but is in very good used condition.  It's a players bass and with the Aggy system it can tear walls down, but it's also very versatile.  Weight, approx 3kg on my bathroom scales.

I would prefer collection but I'm happy to post in the UK at the buyers expense.  I don't want any trades thank you.

    Thanks for looking

    Mike
