Morning
Has anyone got experience of Retrovibe basses, specifically the T30? They look very nice and on the only YouTube video l could find it sounded nice. It would be nice to have some first hand information if possible. I'm having to go short scale because of a worn thumb knuckle problem and this bass looks really nice and a bit different.
Thanks
Mike

Hiya Tom
It's a lovely bass mate and very easy to play. I can bring it over if you fancy trying it.
Cheers.

Here's my excellent Ibanez Mezzo medium scale bass in a lovely light metallic blue. I bought this recently to see if l could manage it with my Carpal Tunnel problem but l can't so it's my Ibby Mikro and short scale for me. The bass is light, well balanced on a strap and plays and sounds lovely. It's an active bass and has a gig bag.
I live in Catterick Village, North Yorkshire and would prefer cash on collection. I'm happy to pack it properly for posting but prefer it if you arrange your own courier.
I don't want any trades thank you. I paid £225 for it and would like that or a very near offer please.

They sound a bit weak and lack in range.

Morning Basschatters. I’ve got a really nice Sire short scale. I think it’s a U5. I really like it but I’m not sure about the pickups. It’s a P J. I’m thinking of changing them to some that will just drop in. Do you have any suggestions? There’s no scratch plate so they’ve got to be a perfect fit because there’s nothing to cover up any mess that l might make if I bodge things.
Thanks.

Here is my lovely 2011 Fender Jazz in Olympic White which is now a very attractive cream colour. The bass looks and plays lovely. It sounds great, balances well on a strap and is virtually unmarked. It has some small indents at the rear by the strap button which I've put in the pics. It weighs 4.5 kg on my bathroom scales.
I would prefer cash on collection but I'm happy to ship at the buyers expense. I live near Richmond, North Yorkshire.
I would like £450 please and no trades thanks.

Just weighed it on my bathroom scales and it comes in at 3.5kg or 7.7lbs.
I hope this helps, if you have any further questions just ask.
Cheers.

Hiya Chris
I’ll weigh it and get back to you. I know it’s light but I’ve never weighed it.
Cheers.

Thanks Tom. Yes, it’s lovely but I’m not really playing anymore and it’s just sitting there. I hope all is well over in Guisborough 👍

Here is my excellent LM11 Black Line. I bought it as a back up and it's never left the house. It comes in a used but functional Markbass gig bag. The head has the following:
250 Watts @ 4 ohms, 150 @ 8 ohms.
Transistor pre-amp.
Analogue Power Amp.
4 band EQ.
VPF & VLF Regulator.
XLR balanced Jack.
Line out.
Weight 2.6 kg.
I live in Catterick Village and would prefer cash on collection. However I'm happy to post at the buyers expense. I don't want any trades thanks. I would like £150 please. The cheapest l can find is Thomann at £315 and that's without the gig bag.

Thank you. I thought it might be Arctic White. Yes, the nut width is slightly smaller than a Precision. The neck feels really comfortable. Thanks for for the information 👍

Here is my excellent Barefaced One Ten for sale. It's in great condition and ready to go. I don't need it any more because I'm hardly playing. I'm on the wrong side of 70 and there doesn't appear to be a place for us older players where l live. It's 200 Watts at 8ohms and it sounds great. It has a fitted Roqsolid cover. I would like £300 for it please. I don't need any trades thanks. I prefer cash on collection but I'm happy to post it. Thanks for looking. £300. I live in Catterick Village, North Yorkshire.

Here is my excellent 1989 Squier Precision. This is a really lovely bass. It looks, sounds, plays and feels great. Yes, it's made of plywood. It's light and well balanced and the Olympic White has aged to a gorgeous creamy white. It has a Fender headstock decal applied very well by the previous owner but it's a Squier. It weighs 3.7 kg approx. The bass has
Fender Custom 60's pickups
CTS pots and Orange Drop cap
Schaller machine heads
Hosco slotted Bridge saddle
Tortoise shell scratch plate from MD guitars
